Description

The IT User Charter of Maison Denis outlines the rights and responsibilities of Internal Users regarding the appropriate and secure use of professional IT equipment when accessing Maison Denis’ information systems.


Its purpose is to protect the company's IT equipment, data, and reputation, while promoting the efficient and responsible use of resources. By adhering to the policies described in this charter, users contribute to maintaining a secure, compliant, and productive IT environment for the entire organization.


This charter applies to:


- All computer equipment and software belonging to Maison Denis or connected to the Maison Denis’network, capable of storing, transferring, or processing sensitive information specific to MaisonDenis.


- All staff of Maison Denis.


This charter does not apply to personal equipment not provided by the company.

Adhering to this charter does not exempt users from their obligation to comply with the law, regulations, and internal rules of Maison Denis.
